Atlanta - Saturday 3/6 - 18-miles.  Chastain Horse Park…the start of our 3+ hour trek through Atlanta area neighborhoods.

Pre-run direction and encouragement from Tommy whose dedication to Team In Training begain 21 years ago on February 17th when he lost his daugher Leslie to this disease 4 short months after diagnosis.  Fast forward 21 years.  Today, there are cure rates upwards of 90% and for some even 100%.  Bone marrow databases exist and people can be matched with strangers who are an exact match.  So much progress has been made and much of this progress is directly attributable to the funds raised by Team In Training.  Folks, this is why we do this…
